Fillings & Toppings
Each of my cakes is at least 4" tall with at least 3 layers of sponge filled with Swiss meringue buttercream for a more luxurious and velvety taste. If you do prefer the classic and sweeter buttercream however, then please just ask.
My fondant-covered cakes are coated with a layer of chocolate ganache, made with dark or white Belgian chocolate, to ensure a perfect foundation for a smooth, sharp-edged fondant finish.
