FILLINGS & TOPPINGS

I use a Swiss meringue recipe for a silkier and more luxurious buttercream to fill and crumb coat my cakes. If you do prefer the classic and sweeter American buttercream however, then please just ask.

Alternatively, my chocolate ganache, made with cream and dark or white Belgian chocolate, is great for the chocoholics out there (me included!).
